A corp mate an I do Level 4's in a pair of Wolves. Slower than a pair of HAC's, but fun. Just watch for Webbers. The whole idea is to keep moving with the AB so you dont get hit. Mish Got Sig?

You'll get a better mission tank by swapping hardeners to be specific to the mission. i would go with a Damage Control and 3 Mission Specific Hardeners, rather than the 2 EANM and the Kin / Therm Omni set up you have now. Mish Got Sig?

Passive Ishtar is very viable, altho i prefer the active armour tank myself. Also a passive curse is more than capable for handling L4 missions (i fly one) but the limitation to med drones, or 2 heavies, and the 4 launchers looses DPS to the Isht...

Personally i'd say Ishtar over Domi. Its a bit more training time, but the Ishtar can tank any level 4 mission (especially now, since NPC missils hit for nothing on a cruiser hull), is faster to get to gates, can carry a Perma run Tanks and AB and...
